JSC Dmitrovsky Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Plant (DZGI)
Autoclaved aerated concrete and building products manufacturing.
JSC DZGI was registered in 2007. Since December 2019, all of its shares had been owned by JSC Bonolit Construction Solutions. In court proceedings in 2025–2026, Bonolit was identified as part of a group of assets whose ultimate beneficiaries the court named as former Gazprom executives Kirill Seleznev and Alexey Mityushov. The Prosecutor General’s Office sought to transfer the group’s assets to the state, alleging that they had been assembled in breach of anti-corruption restrictions.
On 16 May 2025, the Frunzensky District Court of St Petersburg granted a claim to transfer the defendants’ assets to the state. The plant continues to operate.
