In February 2025, a decision was made to transfer 100% of its shares to the state; in July 2026, the assets were sold to a new private owner. Since 7 September 2026, Tiara Holding JSC has owned 100% of Rodnye Polya LLC.<\/p>\n<p>Grain exports were about 11.3 million tonnes in 2023 and 3.2 million tonnes in 2024. In the 2024\/25 season, the company fell out of the top ten wheat exporters, and trading activity had largely ceased by 2025. Revenue was about RUB 299.5 billion in 2023, RUB 98.7 billion in 2024, and RUB 2.3 billion in 2025.
