Agricultural holding focused on crop production, food processing, and livestock farming. Asset from Case No. 15.
The group included crop-growing, sugar-beet, grain and oilseed processing, dairy and beef farming, meat processing, and agricultural exports. Before the seizure, it employed more than 8,000 people and controlled 242,000 hectares of land.
The assets were transferred to the state in October 2023 and privatized in favor of Megatek LLC in December 2024.
