Involvement
Investkom acquired claims against AFG National entities, then pursued the debt in court and obtained the pledged stake in the holding company. Court materials put the value of the stake, excluding the debt, at approximately RUB 205.13 million. Dmitry Arzhanov later linked the loss of the agricultural business to the assignment of the debt to Investkom.
